We firmly believe that individuals must always have the power of choice and be provided with a safe and secure environment together with the right information to make their own choice, and to control their destiny. We view our role as mentors and coaches, to help each employee find their true purpose in life, whilst working within the BLEWSTREAM ecosystem. Our business model is to create an ecosystem, where our clients consider us an extension of their office. The terms offshore and nearshore are no longer relevant post-COVID, as you can be headquartered in Los Angeles, but have employees in Miami or New York or Trinidad & Tobago, all of whom have easy travel access to your office at any time. We provide global services with highly skilled individuals, from a Country that has a world-renowned energy industry which is over 100 years old, with the talent pool to service one of the most complex global industries.

The overall concept was to create a new ecosystem that will continually grow in a structured manner, with the right partners who share common values and work ethic. Our combined ecosystem is anchored in building a global, sustainable, multi-service professional business, with a strong social conscience and a key focus on youth development.

Our founders have a mixed and complementary skillset, all anchored in the accounting profession but with differing career paths, which provide clients with diverse views. Our ecosystem allows us to bring business ideas and opportunities to our clients, in addition to providing services. We are determined to see our clients succeed, as their success is our success.
